I am an artist and a retired letter carrier. I have been receiving massage for many years as therapy for my back due to a work related injury. I had back surgery in 2002 (I avoided it for fifteen years). The surgery was successful and regular massage therapy has been the best relief I have experienced ever since. I would like to exchange massage with others. I have learned a thing or two from the massage therapists I have met and would like to share. I am also interested in meditation and herbalism.
