I am a keen sports fan and have had many massages so know some good techniques. I am not trained in anyway but like to think i know what i am doing. I am very respectful and consider myself a gentleman.
In terms of receiving i have regular sports massages, now and again i like a break from this as there is little relaxation from a sports massage. Its nice sometimes just to have a nice relaxing massage.
