I have been a massage enthusiast for more then 25 years. I have learned to relax while giving as well as receiving massage. I believe the miracle of healing begins with relaxation and massage is a great way to experience the alignment of mind, body, and soul; I use the term Body Balancing because I have accumulated more then 5,000 hours of various modalities which I incorporate into each session depending on the needs of the recipient. I use modalities such as: Relaxation Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Stretching, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. I am presently studying the benefits of CranioSacral Therapy which fascinates me.
