More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
I have had in intense interest for years since first realizing the healing power of massage. I began working with an organization that deals with stress, tension and injuries to people in the performing arts. Yes, even playing a flute or cello for hours a day can lead to considerable discomfort. The that organization, I began with a trainer and kinesiologist and learned a great deal about dealing with repetitive strain, chronic muscle tension and other hazards of being a performing artist. Although I have not taken formal training, I have worked with mentors and studied on my own. I have a good career in the arts and this is simply a side passion.
