I am not professionally experienced in therapeutic massage. But my friends complemented me for the thorough head-to-toe wellness massage which sometimes I offer. I start my session with some light stretching and breathing exercise for 4-5 minutes. Then the massage-plan is set as per preferences and requirements discussed and mutually decided by both. My full body massage sessions are usually over two hours.
