I have had both of the COVID vaccinations. I have no professional background outside of reading a few books and watching a few videos but I have had the pleasure of practicing the art for a few years now. I visit massage spas/parlors and pay close attention to what the professionals are doing and then try to go back and put those techniques to use. It has worked great for me because instead of laying there enjoying, I am laying there making mental notes that I can apply in my amateur status.
