Not qualified. But have been told I give both a great deep firm healing style of massage and also deeply relaxing soft massage as well. My use of oils and some heat rub creams for really sore areas is also applied to the body effectively. I enjoy giving massage and equally recieving. I'm not a big talker during the massage session - prefer to just enjoy the whole experience quietly. Lie down and take it in!!! I am a deeply Respectful person and will do only as instructed and massage only those areas which need attention and need therapy.
