More About Me
Into nutrition and fitness, went to school for massage because I wanted an occupation I could apply to my own lifestyle. Massage is like tai chi; free flowing movements, mindful meditation, kind intention and relieving stress. Ive been practicing at spas and health clubs for years, now settled in a decent spa not far from me. Reflexology and sports massage are my favorite.
