My training consists of paying for numerous sports/deep tissue massages over the last 10 years. I required regular bodywork in order to train for running events. I have been "age group" competitive in marathons. I have learned much from receiving so many professional massages. I have given shoulder, back and leg massages to many friends over the past 5 years, always casual and not for payment. I realize the limitatons of my knowledge, but I also believe I have a gift... soft, but strong hands and the capability to translate many techniques that have been used on me to others. I love to do it. My primary objective is to get regular help with my legs so I can keep training. I dont mind admitting that I also enjoy receiving massages, even if its deep tissue. I love to give massages and those who receive them have always give me positive feedback. Given the cost, I have long thought it would be so nice to have an exchange partner.
