I've always been great at giving massages. I have firm and strong hands which are really useful for sports and deep tissue massages. I can also use a softer touch for relaxing massages. I have been quite interested in ayurvedic massage techniques very recently through research on the internet and some quality video. I'm keen to try out some of the techniques and further refine my knowledge of the theory with actual practice.
