I've been giving massages for 10 years. While I don't have any training, I've received hundreds of massages over the years and think I have learned from them. I have worked on trained massage therapists who have said they'd pay for a massage from me! I let my hands decide what the body needs but I encourage feedback during the session, verbal or non verbal. I can go deep and I use both active and passive stretching after the body is warmed and relaxed. I like my chest, lower back and glutes worked on when I'm receiving a massage and figure most guys do also. Those areas seem to get shortchanged usually during a session. But I like to spend some quality time there.
