I have battled chronic neck/shoulder pain and tightness my whole adult life. Working in an office at a desk, combined with my passion for certain work outs that stress my neck, has created a perfect storm. So, I’ve gotten a massage every other week for many years. I’ve learned a lot by receiving these massages. I’ve given my partners massages and have taken what I learn as a receiver, to become a better masseuse of others.
