Well I have Degenerative Disk & Nerve Disease... also I am stronger than usual women so I out due myself a bit when doing daily things so my muscles really need some good massage techniques done to relieve some of my hurt. If you're not doing it right then you need more practice. I would exchange & give you a massage as well... alas, since I have this Degenerative Nerve Disease my hands hurt rather easily at times. I'm quite good at giving massages though & without having training; have done massaging since I was 10 where I would give shoulder massages at family parties (my Daddy was pissed!).
