I have recently experienced a stress-related health problem and had a massage to relieve some of the symptoms. Until then I have had no professional experience with massage therapy. It was terrific, and it allowed me to correct my problem without the use of pain medication. I love the thought of a massage exchange because the primary barrier to experiencing the therapeutic healing effect of massage is the price.
