More About Me

I have been a professional therapeutic massage therapist for 9 years having worked in a wellness center, a physical therapy office and as a small buissness owner. These experiences combined with a broad range of modalities give you a very individual approach to therapy. I use postural intragation and deep tissue techniques including triggerpoint and myofascial release balanced with gentle touch modalities such as cranio-sacral therapy and lymphatic drainage. I believe each one of us was created uniquely and for a purpose. Therefore, the treatment of your soft tissues should be adressed as individual as you are. No two massges are exactly the same, and what works well for you one day, may not the next. I have a holistic approach to each session and start each session with a few moments to simply get to know you and give you the space to simply exist with out pressure or influence from outside energies that can pull on you. Once your emotional state is brought into the present and grounded, we can begin bodywork that often brings great sense of contentment deep into your soul. I would love to trade with a like minded therapist. As a busy mother and buissness owner, my body is in serious need of TLC.
