In general, I'm an active guy who loves sports. But before I go into that, let's have some fun!
See if you can guess which one of the following is NOT true about me:
1) I've been 600 feet below the ocean surface
2) I've completed 2 half-marathons (which does NOT equal a whole!)
3) I've flown acrobatics in a twin-engined jet
4) I've flown 75 feet on my motocross bike off a jump
5) I give amazing massages
Now, about those sports... I go to the gym regularly to stay in shape--ok, partly cuz I'm vain--but also so I can hang with my 3 sons and my workout buddies who are all much younger than me! I like my mountain biking, dirt biking, hiking, competitive tennis, and my fast cars and motorcycles. But when it comes to massage, I like to slooowww it waayyyy dooowwwnnn.
I have enjoyed sharing massage with friends and family since I was in high school. I have received formal classroom training and completed some formal training in therapeutic massage, but I’ve never been certified. I have, however, been practicing those methods for the last 15 years.
I’m guessing you’re carrying tension in your neck and shoulders. I start there, and then I tailor my work to your body’s needs and your preferences. I’ve been told my hands are magical—a compliment I truly relish hearing. Maybe the next time I hear it will be coming from you?
