I have received several professional massages over the last few years, mainly of the Swedish full body massages but two sports massages for stiffness with my legs due to running. I am not experienced in giving any massages at the moment, with the exception of massages to my wife I have no experience in this field and I have initially placed myself as wishing to receive (practice model). However, I am more than willing to practise techniques myself if someone is willing to teach me while they receive a massage.
