More About Me
I have been a mixed martial competitor for 22 years, and have had quite a few injuries. I was in Japan in 2002, and had the best experience on a therapy table. I don't know if it was Shiatsu , or what, but she was able to put me in a state of relaxation that supported the healthy self repair , helped me regain the strength needed for my competition 3 days later, since that day I have been searching for that Magic. To me , it's not the Mechanics of the Massage ,but in relaxation value. Trust is the key, if you can trust your therapist and relax ,then your body can Mend.
