I was trained in massage as part of a holistic spirituality class at Loyola university, Chicago. I have learned on my own by watching videos and self study. It's always come naturally to me.
Always a giver. I have a gift. I use it to help, to heal. I have had a number of massage therapists I've encountered. I practice shiatsu. I'm into gentle energy balancing techniques.
