More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
I have many years experience practicing Siva-nanda yoga which has shaped my massage techniques to provide for a more sensitive touch. My massages usually start light to medium touch to help ascertain problem areas which I then focus on with many different massage techniques. I encourage feedback to figure out which techniques feel most effective.
