I used to not like being touched or hands on, but after a few sports injuries and having to go to chiropractors and physiotherapists, i became at ease with it. I most recently have been attending a couple of massage sesions and have found aromatherapy and oil massages are giving me a fantastic nights sleep (i am a workaholic that often gets little hours sleep)
