Years in the military have given me experience with aspects of physical therapy and rehabilitation. I understand the physical demands certain jobs have and what they do to the body. My goal with most massages is simply to release tension and relieve stress. I like to focus on a person individual need. I've never done the same massage twice. There are too many aspects of a massage overlooked or forbidden by cookie cutter massage shops. I believe these are sometimes the most important areas. The cluster of nerves and tissue in the gluteus and feet are like a traffic jam in our boddy. I prefer to unclog these areas.
