As a former semi-professional sport person, I had my fair share of injuries which led me to the massage table more often than I bargained for! Still, I managed to learn a few techniques, especially in the field of sports therapy and deep tissue massage. I have my own ultrasound device which works really well for tendon pain (both personal experience and scientific literature). I believe Jojoba and Almond oils are the best, but if you prefer I am happy to use unscented oil.
