I enjoy touching and being touched. I receive as much satisfaction from providing a recipient with their desired results as I do from receiving a massage. Unfortunately, my ability to deliver deep tissue massages is limited to approximately 1/2 hour. Lighter massages can be longer. I have received many massages using a variety of techniques. Although I have no formal training, I believe you will be pleased with what I have learned.
As far as receiving massages, I prefer medium pressure and light touch most of the time. I find lower back and neck massage most beneficial for my particular needs.
