I have been physically active my entire adult life. I was a professional dancer for 20 of those years. I have had the pleasure of receiving several methodologies through out the years. Basic massage, deep tissue, sports massage, Rolfing, physical therapy, acupressure, shiatsu, cranial/sacral, etc. I have been told I have "the touch" as well. My fellow dancers would always line up in front of me to be worked on.
In the past five years I have offered massages privately. I can concentrate on a particular area or muscle group. Or offer full body.
