Massages are therapeutic for the mind and body. The massaging of muscles from sports activities, to achy back and necks are a great way to relieve pain and soreness. The increase of blood flow to these areas help you recover quicker. All while putting the mind in a relaxed state. No better way to relieve stress IMO. I would have one everyday if I could.
