More About Me
I work in the fitness industry with 20+ years experience coaching multiple sports. I have found massage (more specifically myofascial release) to be an excellent modality in helping athletes achieve performance goals through increased range of motion, correcting muscular imbalances or simply aiding in pain-free movement. I haven't had any formal massage college training but rather depend on other education (BSc Anat. & Physiol., MExSpSci(Sports Perf.) and many years working in conjunction with physios, doctors and massage therapists in team environments
