I'm a 50 year old man that has lived an exciting life pushing my body past its limits, because of wildlife I've had injuries that have caused my body to go into spasms do to pinching of the nerves. I've used and learned many methods of pain management in 35 years and much about the human body.I've used chyropractic care,massage therapy and other forms of stretching, relaxation and meditation. My insurance does not cover massage therapy and can not afford to go as much as needed so I'm seeking anyone who wants to learn how to massage or teach me new methods. I'm a man of good shape and strong hands that also can be gentle.
