Hi there , Had a few sessions with several physiotherapists massaging and heating lamps over the past 30 years . My pain mostly is the lower lumberI area in which I have confidence in doing pressure technques with palms to the lumber area working on siatic and Ham strings as-well .The spine neck and shoulders are also targeted by neading the muscles and pressure points. Not to forget the little feet we also neglect are pampered by heel pressure and soul pad massaging . And will work on areas you desire with the upmost respect .
