More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
I did several basic courses 20+ years ago to improve my knowledge of muscle groups and techniques. Did some Reiki courses also. I was a practice body at a local massage training centre a few times. I have had several soft tissue injuries in the past and required a lot of therapeutic massages as treatment - so i learned more from each practitioner about styles and release points. I have regularly received professional massages when i find great providers. I also really enjoy to swap or just give but particularly when i get to know the person / their body / needs and what works for them to relieve and energise them :)
