I have body alignment experience using release and balancing of muscular tension, to free the spine. I love energy work and massage that connects with a deeper sense of chi., I practice yoga regularly and have a teaching certificate from the Inner Yoga Trust based on the work of Vanda Scaravelli allowing the body to relax and release down. I can incorporate gentle yoga and combine postures with massage. I have an Infrared light heat lamp which can be used for healing and sometime use aromatherapy oil. I completed a 3 year Shiatsu diploma with the European Shiatsu School. I work deeply with the needs of the individual and mutual respect. I aim to deeply relax and release , and use both a light delicate touch or a strong firm hands. I just really enjoy working holistically with the body.
