At the moment I am mainly interested in exchanging with people that have experience of integrating some trigger point techniques into their bodywork session. During my session I would also specially work wherever your tensions and aches reside! Just let yourself go and let me take you to an extremely relaxing and healing world where you can renew yourself completely by entering the alpha state... If you are spiritually more mature, or (over 55) and evolved at this point of your life and capable or trying to be in touch with yourself I could offer you really great bodywork. Please tell me a bit about yourself and I will get back to you as soon as I can! Combination of techniques I use; Swedish, Esalen, Shiatsu, medium Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Reiki energy touch. I also incorporate some Ayurvedic techniques to the bodywork that might have an influence on your 'Chakras' (or certain energy centers of your body). (And I am also fluent in German and some French of course).
