I have a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a fairly solid understanding of physiology. i have recently started trading massages with friends and I'm pretty sure that they would all rate my skills highly. Well..... I hope they would! I am a pilot by trade and have a ton of tension in my upper back and neck. I know how to work out the tension in others in the same areas. My back and neck feel wonderful after a deep massage.
