I have given numerous massages and have a disc issue between my L4/L5 region. Massage has been a fantastic outlet to de-stress me and maintain flexibility in my back. Massage also provides a wonderful escape from the stresses of day to day life. Ultimately all muscles are connected and stress leads to a problem occurring somewhere. I'm an "amateur" but would love to learn more about any other forms of massage.
