At the ripe old age of 17 I had a serious motorcycle accident and broke L1,2,4 & 5 vertebrae , so obviously a very slow & painful recovery. Massage and stretching are the only things that help the pain. So I feel it's about time I gave a bit back to those who need it. Trust me I have learnt a thing or two in the 28 years!!!
