Since I was a young man I have enjoyed giving and receiving massage. I have had partners with various physical issues and it is always gratifying when you can provide relief for pain or just stress through massage. Being very athletic all my life I've been on the receiving end of that relief whether its recovering from an injury or just soreness. I've had lots of wonderful massages to learn from and several crappy ones to know what to avoid. Communication, compassion and concentration are some of the most important things to me.
