I'm a doctor in the field of functional medicine, board certified with the American Naturopathic Medical Association. I've been in practice for 34 years. I look at massage and energy body work as a huge stress reliever. I also feel human touch is as essential to life as water and air. And most of us don't get enough of it. Don't be shy to contact me even though you may have limited experience giving massage. I did get certified and licensed many years ago in Polarity Therapy though I haven't practiced it in quite a while. I'm fine receiving massage from novice to professional. If good hygiene is at the top of your list; I pride myself of being squeaky clean. :- ). And lastly, you'll feel very comfortable in my presence. Since massage is very personal, I totally respect any and all limitations.
