I enjoy sharing my knowledge and learning from others. I was a fully credentialed therapist, as well as an instructor for a number of years. Now I practice as a hobby because I truly enjoy it. My approach is towards a full body relaxation with an emphasis on tension reduction using standard Swedish style massage and incorporating elements of Deep Tissue and/or Trigger Point work as indicated in areas of stress. I also use passive resistance stretching and can work with hot stones and/or aromatherapy.
