athletic trainer in college and years of massages both giving and receiving since. Have learned a bit about Thai massage which incorporates more stretching and yoga type positions. Specialize in deep tissue but can also do light body rub. I also and very good at foot massages. Feet tend to be firmer, so my strong hands come in very handy would working on them.
