Massage has been one of my favorite pastimes for years but I have only been doing and receiving more effective massages for the last 3 years or so. My learning and practice is limited to online learning and trading massages but have learned a lot with practice. I suffer from a tight back with major spasms. I love having the area between my shoulder blades focused on. Also enjoy heat, whether from pads, towels, water (tub or shower), etc.
