I've been a massage enthusiast for a while now. I remember going for my first massage whilst studying for my Masters, not quite sure what to expect. Since then I've found massage to be a wonderful way to relax, unwind and just let my troubles disappear for a little while.
Whilst I haven't had any formal training, I have had a small amount of experience in exchanging massages, usually just following the lead of someone more experienced in massage.
I'm more than happy to be, and have been in the past, a massage subject if you're looking to train your own skills. I regularly train aerial/acrobatic performance so I usually have quite sore muscles that need work.
