More About Me
i was introduced to massage in the mid-90s, mainly with dancers & athletes. i've used massage in helping myself & others recover from a variety of injuries & ongoing irritants (especially people who have to be on their feet a lot at work). more recently, i've done some Reiki energy work for stress relief and relaxation and healing. i don't often received massage, but i'm open to it.
