I am definitely a massage enthusiast. I used to get massages regularly, so I appreciate they can be very relaxing and help to relieve stress. I have no formal training but have paid attention to what other therapists are doing when receiving a massage. I have been participating in massage exchanges for over a year now and like to think I’ve improved my skills. I tend to go with the flow, but have developed some of my own techniques. While I still use a standard massage style, I can adjust to what I think feels good and the responses I receive in the moment. I’m always willing to give a massage as a way to share and help my partner relax.
