More About Me
I love to both give and receive a full body massage within clearly defined limits. I played rugby until my late 30's and discovered the benefits of therapeutic massage over a number of years. Now I practice yoga and meditation but my main sport is cycling. Neck back and shoulders are just as important to look after as your legs especially if you undertake any longer distances.
