I grew up doing dance and competition Judo, whilst engaging in these activities I learnt that I have great touch when It comes to massage. When I was at training camps/competitions I had some training In sports massage and when waiting between recital rehearsals I became a favourite amongst the girls because of my massage skills. I have no recognized formal training but after quite a few years of practice I have become quite adept, especially in the areas of sports, deep tissue and relaxation massage.
