Just love getting and giving massage for the benefit of people that really cannot afford a massage like me,I went through a period of time with back trouble and had a helping hand for a time in need.There is more to massage than rubbing certain muscle like what helped me more was having help stretching.Having back pain has a lot to do with hamstrings being tight and I remember the first time Ihad help what a big difference.So just little things learned that I would like to pass on.
