I'm an experienced bodyworker and massage therapist with 5+ years of massage experience and 3 years of education beforehand. I did my training to level 3 nvq in massage and moved on to do study a Spa Degree for 3 years, which combined business management with practical massage work. I have worked in hotels and spas as well as working freelance over the past 5 years and have learned a diverse mixture of techniques. I combine elements of Swedish massage, spa style deep tissue, lomi-lomi and no hands massage. I also have training in breathwork, hot stones & poultices, ayurvedic style massage and consultations, and have developed my own unique style/flow of massage. Keen yoga and bodyweight exercise enthusiast. General interest in all aspects of well-being and health.
