More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
I first became interested in massage after grad school as a way to relieve the stress of my work environment. Then, several years later I became involved in ballroom dancing on a competitive level, so massage was a regular part of my training regimen. I also spent several years studying the Alexander Technique, which helped me to view wellness and body usage in a completely new way.
I’m here to share what I’ve learned through the years, and hopefully create a mutually beneficial experience.
