I have no formal background giving massage other then on friends and lovers. Mostly I have massage done in spas. Swedish is my norm, but I also like Thai, deep tissue and reflexology. I have had rekki done several times. My normal “problem areas” like most people are my lower back, shoulders and neck. I have been having a little trouble with my knee lately but that’s probably more a joint issue then muscular.
