I do not have any formal training in massage, but have been given quite a few massages over the years. I belonged to Massage Envy for over 6 years, but found their massages lacking. In terms of giving massage, I am most comfortable massaging a woman. I like to focus on the shoulders, back and legs and can vary from a soft, flowing lymphatic drainage style to deep work involving my fingers, knuckles, and even elbows. I can also massage your stomach and chest if you like. I can use lotion or oil, but my favorite is coconut oil as it is great for the skin and is not too slick. I love being massaged - who doesn't - and am fine having a man or woman work on me. I sit at a desk for far too many hours and have tight legs and hips that benefit from massage and stretching. I travel frequently to NYC and Detroit.
